CoMA Sussex will be giving a concert on Saturday 24 October at the Brighton Friends Meeting House, featuring new works by NMB composers.
This will be CoMA Sussex’s first concert with their new MD Yajie Ye.

Yajie is a London-based Chinese conductor, composer and PhD researcher whose work spans contemporary music, choral-orchestral repertoire and creative production projects. She is also the co-founder and Music Director of Pavilion Ensemble. Yajie has conducted many premieres and collaborated extensively with living composers through performance, recording, and education projects. She is currently completing a PhD in Music at King’s College London, where her research explores collaboration in conducting and recording practice. She is also a composer and arranger, with recent performances of her original and arranged works at the Cockpit Theatre and the Conservatorio di Musica G. Martucci.
