February 12th: Music of Our Time (MOOT) presents a Discovery Concert on the works of American serial composer,  Milton Babbitt. A new work, entitled Breaking the Set, by NMB member Georgina Bowden will be performed by Ensemble Kantores, directed by Alex Roose. Babbitt's Soli e Duettini for two guitars (1989) will be played by NMB associate performers Jon Rattenbury and Brian Ashworth; Homily (1988) will be played by Adam Bushell (percussion); Steven Dummer will perform My Ends are My Beginnings (1978) for clarinet. February 27th: A little further ahead sees the first performance of Ric Graebner's Clarinet Concerto being given by soloist Steve Dummer with Musicians of All Saints in the All Saints' Centre, Friar's Walk, Lewes at 7:45. The concerto will be conducted Andrew Sherwood. The programme includes Honneger's Pastoral d'été, Mozart's Violin Concerto No 2 with soloist Ellie Blackshaw and Joseph Haydn's Symphony No 24 in D major.
